KITCHEN STAFF
Experience: More than 1-year experience in Café/Hotel industry
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as tea, coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees etc.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
• Clean service or seating areas.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
• Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
• Adhere to Food Safety/sanitation policies and procedures established by the company.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
• Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
• Take out garbage.
• Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso machines.
• Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.

• They are responsible for Cleanliness of the Outlet at the times or under the supervision of the Supervisor/Manager.
• To be familiar with food and menu terminology.
• The set service standards to be followed while serving the guest.
• To follow the company policies and procedures and all food and beverage standards.
• To offer quality service at all times.
• To operate according to all account policies and procedures of the outlet.
• To ensure orders are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest.
• To up sell food and beverage products.
• To ensure that all departmental employees follow personal hygiene and grooming standards, fire safety rules and health and safety rules.
• To perform all other related duties as requested.
OUTLET / STORE SUPERVISOR

• Responsible for the service standards.

• Responsible of the cash opening and closing.
• To check all the display items and make daily count
• Does not leave the area of work without notifying the outlet in charge.
• Assist the Manager in ensuring that the shop is effectively managed and provides optimal quality value of services.
• Ensure the health and safety, staff, customers and utilizing the services / facilities of the shop.
• Assist the Manager with regular stock-takes as required.
• Supervise and support Training staff working in the coffee shop, so as to effectively and safely discharge the department’s aims and objectives.
• Training new Trainee staff to Filli standards.
• Shall be responsible for the overall cleanliness and security of their working area.
• Ensure you and all relevant staff adheres to current policies
• Immediately inform your line manager of any issues that arise whilst working.
• Ensure the coffee machines are in good working order and maintained on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop area.
• Assist the Manager in achieving the daily sales targets

• To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.
• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Present menus to customers and answer questions about dishes and make recommendations.
• Check customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.
• Maintain SOP Standard.
• Responsible for overall improving of the customer service
• Managing, Motivating & mentoring the Team.
• Reducing Billing Errors & Shrinkage Control.
• Completion of all projects highlighted by Management Team
• Ensuring Team Learnings and Development programs.
• Plan and Implement outlet level Promotions.
• Conducting cleanliness audit for floor, washrooms, shelves, fixtures & products.
• Bringing in improvements in Customer Service by tracking and resolving Customer Grievances.
• Take directions and guidance from area managers.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as tea’s, food, tableware, and linens.
• Check equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary.
• Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met.
• Prepare or maintain inventory or production records.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
· Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the brand’s needs and vision.
· Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
· Preparing mock-ups and presenting to the management before deciding on a final design/concept.
· Editing proofs to brand’s specifications and getting signoff/approval before finalising artwork.
· Working and collaborating with art directors, copywriters, photographers and other designers.
· Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media, above and below the line.
· Adhering to a company’s brand identity and guidelines.
· Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
· Working with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
· Study design briefs and determine requirements.
· Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
· Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
· Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
· Work with copywriters and Marketing head to produce final design.
· Test graphics across various media.
· Amend designs after feedback.
· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
· Coordinate and implement all marketing collaterals in outlets for all ongoing promotions.
· Manage the multimedia content across all digital signages and vending machines.
· Coordinating outdoor and indoor events for brand promotions
